You will get a list of the documents we need. As soon as we have these, we’ll start our analysis.

You’ll get a clear overview of your possibilities in an advice report. Together, we will then determine our strategy, planning and next steps.

What we are going to do

– Collect and check your documentation
– Follow up intake meeting with orientation report
– Inventory – Income test
– (Fiscal) analysis of current mortgage and check on penalty for redemption
– Maximum mortgage calculation
– Draft a scenario analysis with potential lenders (including more properties if applicable)

We will submit your situation to one or more lenders. They will then come up with an appropriate offer.

We will go through this offer with you to make sure everything is clear and to your satisfaction. If that’s the case, we will take care of the mortgage application for you – paperwork and discussions included!

Completion

– Advance discussion of your case with potential lenders (if needed)
– Finalize advice report (update on interest, lender and property / properties)
– Coordinate valuation of existing home (and valuation new property if applicable)
– Apply for mortgage loan(s) with the lender(s) of your choice
– Handle the paperwork for your application(s) until approval
– Weekly progress update

Dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s

As soon as you accept the lender’s final offer, we’ll take care of everything. We are the linchpin between you, the lender, the notary, the surveyor and any other parties. We will ensure that the process runs efficiently. Until it’s all finished. We promise!

What we are going to do

– Finalize your application with the lender
– Arrange bank guarantee (if needed / if applicable)
– Coordination between civil-law notary and lender(s)
– Check of civil-law notary documents for completeness and accuracy
– Periodical progress update
